What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to your pet ASAP! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any modifications.
Do you offer a subscription for pet food?
Yes! You can set up a recurring delivery for your pet's favorite food and treats. Subscribers enjoy an automatic 5% discount on every recurring order.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, Pawsitive Provisions ships exclusively within Canada to ensure our high standards for delivery times and product freshness.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to view the real-time delivery status.

How do I choose the right size bed for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog from nose to the base of the tail while they are sleeping, then adding 8-12 inches to determine the optimal bed length. When in doubt, size up for extra sprawling room!
Are your toys safe and non-toxic?
Absolutely. We strictly source from brands that use pet-safe, non-toxic dyes and materials. If we wouldn't give it to our own pets, it doesn't make it into our store.
Do you cater to pets with allergies?
Yes, we carry a wide variety of grain-free, single-protein, and hypoallergenic food and treat options. Check the "Special Diets" filter on our Shop page.

What is your return policy?
