Canadian Shipping Zones
We are proud to serve pets across the True North! We currently ship exclusively within Canada to ensure the fastest delivery times and lowest rates possible.
- Zone 1: Local & Regional (AB, BC) 1-3 Business Days
- Zone 2: Central (ON, QC, SK, MB) 3-5 Business Days

Delivery Times: Food vs. Gear
Because freshness matters, our high-quality pet food and treats are handled differently than toys and gear:
Pet Food & Treats
Shipped directly from our climate-controlled local facility. We process food orders same-day if placed before 1 PM MST to guarantee maximum freshness.
Gear, Toys & Beds
These sturdy items are packed with care and usually ship within 24-48 hours. If you order food and gear together, they may arrive in separate packages.
The "Chewed It Up" Return Policy
We get it. Sometimes a toy just looks too appetizing, or a bed isn't quite up to a fussy feline's standards.
Unused Items (The 30-Day Guarantee)
If the item is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked (except maybe for a picture of your cute pet).
Gently Used / Unloved Items
If your pet turned their nose up at a new bowl or bed after a day of trying it, let us know within 14 days. We offer store credit for gently used returns, and the items are washed and donated to our local shelter partners.
The "Destroyed in 5 Minutes" Scenario
We pride ourselves on durable toys, but some pups are professional shredders. If a toy branded as "indestructible" is destroyed within 7 days, email us a photo of the wreckage. We'll send you a one-time replacement or a store credit. We love a challenge!
Our Eco-Friendly Packaging Promise
We love animals, and that means taking care of their planet, too. Our shipping materials reflect our commitment to sustainability:
- 100% Recycled Cardboard: All our shipping boxes are made from post-consumer recycled materials.
- Biodegradable Packing Peanuts: We use cornstarch peanuts that dissolve in water. (Yes, they are safe if your dog accidentally eats one, though not tasty!)
- Paper Tape: No nasty plastic tapes here. Our water-activated paper tape ensures the whole box can go straight into your recycling bin.
